Sistema experto para la detección de bullying escolar en el nivel secundario de la I.E My. P.N.P Félix Tello Rojas

Abstract

El diagnostico a tiempo de bullying escolar actualmente salva vidas, a diferencia de un adulto que tiene habilidades socioemocionales desarrolladas, los adolescentes cuya autoestima se encuentra en proceso de formación tiene menos capacidad para solucionar por si solos un caso de bullying escolar permanente en la escuela. Como consecuencia se obtiene que los alumnos que sufren de este problema experimentan depresión, ansiedad, disminución de logros académicos e incluso traumas que afectan considerablemente su vida adulta. Es por ello que es muy necesario la inmediata intervención a este tipo de violencia y en base a esto se realiza la investigación con el fin de apoyar a la detección de bullying escolar. Para la construcción del software se trabajó con el modelo de diagnóstico Pikas, el test CIE-A y la metodología Jhon Durkin para la elaboración del sistema experto. Al momento de la comparación de los resultados de diagnóstico por parte del sistema y los obtenidos por la psicóloga escolar se obtuvo una precisión del 90%, además se evaluó la utilidad y facilidad de uso percibido mediante el modelo TAM a la psicóloga cuyos resultados fueron positivos. Permitiendo inferir que la presente investigación es un aporte para la ciencia salud educativa.

The timely diagnosis of school bullying currently saves lives, unlike an adult who has developed socio-emotional skills, adolescents whose self-esteem is in the process of formation have less capacity to solve a case of permanent school bullying on their own. As a consequence, it is obtained that students who suffer from this problem experience depression, anxiety, decreased academic achievement and even traumas that considerably affect their adult life. That is why immediate intervention in this type of violence is very necessary and based on this research is carried out in order to support the detection of school bullying. For the construction of the software, we worked with the Pikas diagnostic model, the ICD-A test and the Jhon Durkin methodology for the elaboration of the expert system. At the time of the comparison of the diagnostic results by the system and those obtained by the school psychologist, an accuracy of 90% was obtained, in addition, the usefulness and ease of use perceived by the TAM model to the psychologist whose results were positive was evaluated. Allowing to infer that this research is a contribution to educational health science.
