Call centers have always had a bad reputation in terms of people management, mostly linked to an unfavorable work environment and high levels of labor turnover, therefore, the present study sought to determine the relationship between organizational climate and turnover intention of teleoperators of a call center in northern Peru in the year 2023; for which, a quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research was applied to 135 teleoperators between 18 and 35 years of age. In addition, a questionnaire made up of the Work Climate Scale CL - SPC by Sonia Palma Carrillo and the Turnover Intention Scale by William Mobley, Stanley Horner and Hollingsworth was used, taking into account the Likert-type response format. Once the reliability was found through Cronbach's Alpha and McDonald's Omega, the data corresponding to the study was collected which, subsequently, were processed through absolute and relative frequency tables to know the level of the variables and analyzed through Kendal's Tau statistic in order to contrast the hypothesis. The result was that there was a negative, moderate and significant relationship between the study variables, mainly marked by a low perception of self-fulfillment regarding the work of the teleoperators, making them look for other job options and have a desire to rotate voluntarily.
