This research has as main goal to determine the impact of the implementation of the virtual modality of the service given to their customers, as well as the analyzation of the financialeconomical results of the 2020-2021periods: after suffering the closure of the schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The investigation type is basic application, with a descriptive focus, design not experimental, cross-sectional with a mixed approach. The tools that have been used are the interview and documental analysis by comparation of Financial Statements in 2020 and 2021. The calculation of the liquidity, solvency, rentability and management financial ratio to measure how the business has been active against this unusual event and stablish the advantage or disadvantage of the tactics and if those tactics has generated utilities. From the results obtained from this investigation it has been determined thar the business haven’t had utilities in the year of the virtual modality implementation, causing costs and expenses that have been assumed by the company and in the following period it has recovered the incomes for its shareholder.
