Families not only have consanguineous and friendly ties, but they also associate to form different types of organizations, a concept that has emerged with a clear but not very deep knowledge, where the problems and needs of this type of organizations show that, despite their core, they are prone to have an irregular family management. The objective of this study focused on the family business management of the Aleman Corporation, located in the city of Tumbes. The methodology used was a qualitative approach, basic and case study design, for which the representatives of the five companies that belong to the corporation were interviewed, to whom structured in-depth interviews were applied. The results found show that the organizational structure is basic but functional, the knowledge of the business is transferred through the shared vision and the relationships are based on the rules and obligations within it; in addition, the organizational capabilities are in full development by its members. It is concluded that the organization has evolved over time and expanded its activities in the market, improved the corporate vision and enhanced the family work philosophy. A model of familiness or family line is evident, although still to be developed, requiring continuous and gradual improvements.
