The study titled PATIENT PERCEPTION OF NURSING CARE IN THE EMERGENCY SERVICE, (Hospital A.A.A. -EsSalud Chiclayo, 2017) aimed to identify the patient's Perception of the Nursing care provided in the Emergency service; necessary research since the conclusions and recommendations will improve the quality of the service provided to the patient based on their need, well-being, as well as the satisfaction of the nursing professional, it also favored the institution since improving the service will contribute to the perception of patients with respect to the services provided in health establishments in general. The type of study corresponds to quantitative research, under the EBE methodology. Formulating the clinical question: what is the patients' perception of nursing care in the emergency service? It is the nurse's responsibility to guarantee quality care for patients who enter the emergency service because they are vulnerable people and therefore we need to get involved with their environment, with their doubts, their fears and their fears. It is important that nursing staff meditate on the values, attitudes and knowledge regarding satisfaction with nursing care, which, expressing their gratitude for the service received during their hospital stay, is reflected in the estimation of quality.
