This research proposes the implementation of the tourist service for people with motor disabilities in the Lachay National Reserve. The general problem is that they do not offer tourism services for people with motor disabilities and how to increase visits to this tourist market in the coastal hills. The Lachay National Reserve is a space that seeks to restore and conserve flora, fauna and landscapes. Provide services to the public for research, education, tourism and recreation in harmony with nature. Because it is a unique ecosystem and of great sustenance for the contribution of the environment and healthy life, there is a need to propose viable proposals for the inclusion of the public with physical or motor disability that due to the high obturation is not accessible to make a visit and enjoy the coastal hills. The reserve has an incredible opportunity to grow accessible tourism, if previously the sectors involved promote alternatives to offer people with disabilities and older adults, through specialized agencies, a real option for enjoying nature with accessible sites and adequate tourism services for this important global demand. After the investigation it is concluded that to increase the tourist visits of people with motor disabilities in the National Reserve of Lachay, it is necessary to provide them with adequate tourist services and sufficient accessibility. It is recommended that tourist services and transportation for people with motor disabilities be personalized and implementing a good mobilization, communication and information in the circuit of the Tara and thus the visits of this population take a physical and emotional satisfaction.
