The so-called investigation. Internal audit and its impact on the financial statements of the textile company YENZAMY. EIRL. The Victory, 2021, had as its purpose. Determine the incidence of internal auditing in the financial statements of the aforementioned company. In the context of the investigation, regarding the internal audit variable, we can indicate that this consisted of reviewing the reliability and integrity of the information on the situation of the company under study, as well as compliance with policies and regulations, in safeguarding of assets, economical and efficient use of resources, established operational goals and objectives, in short, the internal audit covered the internal control system, risk assessment and cash flow. Regarding the variable. Financial Statements of the company under study, we can indicate that, this consisted of the analysis of the financial statements, which was focused as an essential operation to determine what the environment is regarding the financial context and the results obtained from the company, having the goal of developing the best conditions and results, which expects effective profitability. It was developed as a basic explanatory level research and non-experimental design with a quantitative approach and hypothetical-deductive method. For which 40 employees of the company under study were taken as a population and 40 of them as a sample.
