La gestión de créditos y cobranzas y el flujo de caja operativo en la Empresa Segymaq S.A.C. Lima 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la empresa Segymaq S.A.C. Lurigancho - Chosica, 2022. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue analizar la relación que existe entre la gestión de créditos y cobranzas y el flujo de caja operativo de la empresa Segymaq S.A.C. Lurigancho - Chosica, 2022. La metodología de la investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo descriptiva, correlacional y transversal, de diseño no experimental, realizado con una muestra a 15 personas de la empresa que conocen de la problemática. Como técnica principal se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, con un alto grado de confiabilidad y validez de los instrumentos de recopilación de datos, realizados con el soporte estadístico del programa SPSS versión 24 y la opinión o juicio de expertos. Concluye que el valor de significancia asociada a la prueba es de 0.003 inferior al valor de significancia de la prueba, por lo que podemos rechazar la hipótesis nula y afirmarnos que las variables presentan relación directa y el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman alcanza el 0,707, podemos afirmar que la relación es directa y alta.

The present research work was developed in the company Segymaq S.A.C. Lurigancho - Chosica, 2022. The main objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between credit and collection management and the operating cash flow of the company Segymaq S.A.C. Lurigancho - Chosica, 2022. The methodology of the research that has been developed is descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional, with a non-experimental design, carried out with a sample of 15 people from the company who know about the problem. The survey was used as the main technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, with a high degree of reliability and validity of the data collection instruments, carried out with the statistical support of the SPSS version 24 program and the opinion or judgment of experts. It concludes that the significance value associated with the test is 0.003 lower than the significance value of the test, so we can reject the null hypothesis and affirm that the variables have a direct relationship and the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient reaches 0.707, we can say that the relationship is direct and high.
