The proposal is to relate the variables, multiple intelligences and academic performance in learners of the Educational Institution “Emilio Romero Padilla“ of the district of Chucuito-Puno in 2015. The hypothetical proposal to demonstrate is if there is significant relation with the variables, multiple intelligences and the academic performance in students of the Secondary Educational Institution under study. The methodology proposed in this thesis is descriptive type of multiple or multivariate relationship, which seek to test the level of relationship or interrelation between two or more variables. The study object is composed of 167 students from the EI Secondary School, the data collection was done through the survey technique, preparing a questionnaire for the respondents. In the data process the SPSS was applied, obtaining frequency distribution tables, statistical graphs and for the final demonstration we used the Pearson correlation test. The result that was reached in the present study according to its general objective is an “R“ of 0.365, which shows that there is a direct and low relationship between multiple intelligences and academic performance, this statistic indicates that multiple intelligences explain the level of Academic performance in 42.28% of the cases observed in the IES students.
