The present research aimed to demonstrate the e-commerce factors that influenced the purchasing decisions of young people aged 18 to 30 in the district of Trujillo. This research specifically aimed to reveal the factors that led individuals to decide to make online purchases, to investigate and analyze them in order to provide organizations with greater knowledge about these factors, thus determining which strategies to implement within their companies to reach their target audience. The research was applied, with a non-experimental design, descriptive correlational scope, and a quantitative approach. The study population corresponded to the district of Trujillo, with a sample of 198 citizens. A questionnaire was used as the data collection technique. It was verified that e- commerce factors were significantly related (sig<0.05) to the purchasing decisions of young people aged 18 to 30. A relationship was evidenced for Personalization (Rs=0.483), Differentiation (Rs=0.595), and Satisfaction (Rs=0.473), indicating a direct moderate-level relationship. In conclusion, it was determined that the purchasing decision was influenced by several factors, with personalization, differentiation, and satisfaction playing significant roles, suggesting a direct moderate-level relationship between them. It is crucial to highlight that personalization and differentiation emerged as the most influential elements, contributing 46.1% to the variation in purchasing decision-making
