Given this, the main objective of this research work is to analyze, compare and determine the best alternative solution that addresses the lack of a standardized process for monitoring and controlling written-off loans, as well as the definition of functions that allow improve the competitiveness of the Write-Off Portfolio Unit. To achieve this, relevant information about the company was collected through direct observation of the process thanks to the support of a company collaborator. As well as written interviews were also carried out with the assistant and the supervisor of the written-off portfolio, this allows us to better understand the functioning of the portfolio in the Area of Recoveries.
