The objective of the research was to determine how the tax culture influences the formalization of Mypes dedicated to the trade of automotive parts in Trujillo, year 2022. This research seeks to measure the relationship of the study variables, therefore the research is applied type and according to the hypothesis testing it is correlational. To collect data, the survey technique was used and a questionnaire was used as an instrument; a probabilistic sample of 128 spare parts dealers from the city of Trujillo was taken. To develop the hypotheses and specific objectives, non-parametric tests were used such as Rho Spearman to measure the correlation, Scale Scale, and the Chi square test. It was found that the level of tax culture and formalization is low and very low respectively among the automotive parts dealers in the city of Trujillo. According to the correlation, the data was obtained (p=<0.001) which is less than the 0.05 level of significance, it is evident that there is a significant relationship and according to inferential analysis it is 0.467, so it is understood that there is a correlation regular positive. For the hypothesis testing, X2= 140.215 was obtained with gl=72 and sig= 0.000, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative is accepted. According to the results, it is concluded that the tax culture positively and directly influences the formalization of Mypes dedicated to the trade of automotive parts in Trujillo, year 2022
