The present professional sufficiency work focused on improving the customer service process at the Chilca warehouse of the TDM company. After identifying existing issues in the warehouse due to prolonged waiting times for order processing and lack of organization, three alternatives were evaluated: implementing an online appointment management system, automating the route sheet for customer service in the warehouse, and creating a Cross Docking zone. Following a comparative analysis, it was determined that the most viable alternative is the implementation of the online appointment management system. This alternative proved to be the most suitable due to its positive impact on operational efficiency, low costs, and minimal resources required. It was concluded that this tool will not only optimize customer waiting times but also enhance communication with customers and carriers, as well as warehouse efficiency. Recommendations for the successful implementation of this solution include conducting continuous training for staff, establishing mechanisms for periodic system monitoring and evaluation, and fostering a culture of innovation within the company. The implementation of the online appointment management system is presented as an ideal solution to enhance customer service at the TDM company's warehouse, thus ensuring operational efficiency in improving customer order processing.
