Telecommunications companies promote the economic development of the country and add value through different technological solutions. Therefore, it is necessary to have good infrastructure by building more towers with antennas and equipment in good working order. The Peruvian government promotes the development of this infrastructure through regulations and permit contracts for its annual expansion. However, timely failure to plan and control tower construction materials can negatively impact the fulfillment of projects with the MTC. In this context, this Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) focuses on addressing this existing problem in BITEL, identifying the main causes, such as inefficient coordination between areas, lack of stock, shipment of damaged or incomplete materials, and delay in the signing process and the lack of budget to send materials urgently. To solve this problem, a bibliographic and conceptual investigation was carried out in which three alternatives were identified: Process Management, the SCOR Model and Lean Management. Through a comparative analysis, the implementation of Lean Management was chosen, because it turned out to be the option that aligns with Bitel's objectives, as well as its proposal to offer continuous long-term improvement. In summary, this research work seeks to improve internal processes, competitiveness and coordination between the areas involved to achieve efficiency.
