This project is about a digital platform that will offer experiential community tourism experiences, it was born in response to the perceived need in two groups, on the one hand: the peasant and native communities of Peru full of ancestral uses and customs that give them great potential for its eonomic growth, and on the other hand a group of people: national and foreign tourists with great expectations of knowing Peru and take a typical experiential experience, for which they lack offers with quality, safety and service standards. The project is constituted as a link between the Beneficiaries (communities) and the Tourists, it concentrates the best offer in experiential community tourism: from transportation, food, lodging and unique experiences related to the modus vivendi of the rural inhabitants, allowing to know their traditions. , customs and the nature where they live, this offer has been duly validated by collecting information from digital surveys of community members and tourists. To establish the financial economic feasibility of the project, a five-year horizon has been established with an initial investment of S/ 300,000; for which the payback has been used as a validation tool that is reached after 22 months, likewise an NPV is obtained for the project of S/ 2,548,932 and an IRR of 100.17%, which allows us to infer that the project is viable; Regarding the social scope of the project, 02 SDGs are applied: end of poverty and reduction of inequalities, whose impact has been evaluated through the estimation of the Social NPV equivalent to S/ 2,641,269 with a Social Discount Rate of 8.00%, indicators that also validate the feasibility of the venture. Considering these factors, it is advisable to undertake the project, continuously monitoring its scope through the platform developed and the benefits obtained by the peasant communities involved.
