The present work has as a fundamental task to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the public and private transport sector through the creation of a digital application whose platform promotes the integration of factors and actors that promote the safety, quality, guarantee and efficiency of services. provided by mechanical workshops. This project arises from the need of drivers to cover fortuitous events; either caused by malfunctions in the operation of the vehicle or by prevention and maintenance activities in guaranteed establishments that optimize service time and show a more transparent pricing policy. Said facilitation will indirectly provide an adequate infrastructure and services in the automotive mechanic networks that duly meet the growing demand of users who are increasingly demanding in their requirements and needs (Kotler, 2016). In this way, the Meca application will provide valuable information to the user so that they can make a more accurate decision about nearby mechanical service locations, guaranteed, with defined prices and open to the public, suitable for them to carry out revisions, maintenance and repairs of their vehicles. early and timely manner. To assess the desirability of the project, the descriptive analysis research design based on surveys was used mainly with the aim of identifying the characteristics of the target audience, both vehicle drivers and mechanical workshops. Finally, the results obtained from the financial analysis lead us to conclude that executing the project is viable.
