As part of their professional development, actors and actresses are constantly exploring and s part of their professional development, actors and actresses are constantly in the responsibility of exploring and executing various types of scenes, some of them being intimate scenes, which involve physical contact with the partner. Many professionals do this without any external supervision or prior knowledge on how to approach this specific type of work, so they run the risk of generating negative consequences (physical, mental and / or emotional) both for themselves and for their partner during their professional development. In this sense, this research seeks to clarify the ethical responsibility of professional actors and actresses in relation to the care of their personal and partner's integrity in that situation. To do this, it delves into the role that each actress or actor plays in an acting project, the importance and ways of caring for the physical, emotional and / or mental integrity of the actors and the relationship between these two aspects of their work professional with the public. The bibliographic material consulted includes academic articles and books that lead us to conclude that the performing artist is, in fact, ethically responsible for taking care of his own integrity and it's partner's (with the same level of urgency) as their well-being is a key element to do the acting work in the best possible way. This is, benefiting all those involved in the performing act (actors and audience).
