In the last decades there has been a significant growth of women in the workplace, and in recent years an increase in their participation in executives positions. Consequently, we consider that the work and family factor, as well as, the challenges that arise for the executive woman are thes keys to a better development in the different roles. During the pandemic, these factors have been affected, That is why the current investigation seeks to describe the labor factor, family factor and the challenges that arise during the pandemic, focused on the millennial woman in executive positions. For this reason, a qualitative research was carried out in which 42 millennial women were interviewed in leadership or management positions in private companies of Metropolitan Lima. According to the results obtained from the sample, The millennial executive women show evidence of having networks support such as direct family members or hiring an external person for household activities. Likewise, the interviewees stated that they wanted to continue the alternative of the mixed modality between remote and face-to-face work, which was implement with great emphasis after the pandemic, this would allow them to organize the hours at work and with family more effectively. In addition, one of the recommendations for companies is to consider the implementation of the mixed work modality as part of the virtual policy labor and face-to-face work. This will generate the managment of time in millennial executive women.
