The objective of this work is to develop the mechanisms of legal physical sanitation of properties in possession of the State registered in the name of individuals. Regarding the regulations (Law No. 29151), since said regulation makes it clear to us the procedures to follow to achieve the legal physical sanitation of the State's properties registered or not in its name, that is, the legal physical sanitation owned by the However, regarding the legal physical cleaning of properties in the possession of the State registered in the name of individuals, it refers us to the norms of common law, in view of this the present work will be focused on determining if the cleaning of the property in possession of the State is feasible. in favor of this due to the cause of abandonment by the registry owner, determine if the legal physical sanitation of the property in possession of the State is viable in favor of the latter through acquisitive prescription notarial and determine if the legal physical sanitation of the property in possession of the State in favor of it is feasible by means of an exchange. Likewise, we will analyze the importance of having properties in the State that are properly cleaned up physically and legally. Finally, we will develop the mechanisms that are applicable to various situations that may arise or are being presented by the State.
