Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre compromiso
laboral con el sentido de coherencia y la resiliencia en el personal de salud de un
hospital de Lima. El estudio se realizó en un grupo de 94 trabajadores del área de
farmacia cuyas edades oscilan entre 22 y 65 años. Los instrumentos usados fueron la
escala abreviada de Compromiso Laboral Utrecht (UWES-9), la versión corta del
cuestionario de Sentido de Coherencia (SOC-13) y la escala de resiliencia de Connor y
Davidson (CD-RISC 10). Asimismo, se analizan algunas variables sociodemográficas y
laborales. Los resultados mostraron una correlación positiva y significativa entre el
compromiso laboral y sus tres áreas con el sentido de coherencia y la resiliencia.
This research aims to establish the relationship between Work Engagement with Sense of Coherence and Resilience with health workers in a hospital in Lima. The study was conducted in a group of 94 pharmacy workers whose ages range between 22 and 65 years. The instruments used were the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9), the short version of the sense of coherence scale (SOC-13) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 10). It also analyzed some sociodemographic and labor variables. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between work engagement and its three areas with sense of coherence and resilience.
