Vehicular chaos is a problem that affects the daily life of the citizens of Metropolitan Lima, where vehicular chaos is defined as the set of characteristics that affect the correct functioning of the transit system, the most outstanding being vehicular congestion, which generates a slow traffic, in addition to noise and air pollution, lack of adequate spaces for transportation and citizen insecurity. Biciservice is a proposal that seeks to help public transport users by meeting their travel needs in fast, economical and eco-friendly transport for short routes. This service benefits from the sponsorship of companies that require visual advertising, whose benefit for these companies is access to low-cost advertising space and being a socially and environmentally responsible company. With this proposal Biciservice seeks to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals 3, 11 and 13. Finally, as financial indicators for a flow projected for five years, Biciservice's proposal is economically sustainable. The initial investment cost for the project amounts to S/ 685,149.00, thus an economic cash flow of S/ 20,943 is also projected in the first year, reaching an economic cash flow of S/ 971,783 in year five. In addition, the indicator of the Social Net Present Value will be S/ 22’843,470.
