It is summarized that the business proposal of this work is based on the pain and a need of people who are overweight and diseases such as obesity among others, which generate subsequent health problems not only for the individual but also at the family level, it is For this reason, having identified this discomfort and problem, an investigation process has been carried out based on various help matrices such as: 6X6 matrix - Relevance white matrix, among others, one of the main ones being the canvas business model that allowed us to understand what resources, costs and who would be our allies in the development of this solution to the identified pain. The solution and alternative proposal was based on the investigation of the hypotheses of potential users and consumers, providing the solution proposal to an innovative business which is based on an APP that will help connect with a device at the level of physical activity, food balanced and internal and external motivation, in order to regulate and provide a new lifestyle for our users, connecting them with a specialist for their subsequent care and conservation of health and preserving life, carrying out the feasibility test of sales projections in relation to the marketing and operations budget, obtaining optimal expected values.
