economía circular a gran escala.
With the Business Model Canvas, the different needs and weaknesses of the different actors in the management of industrial waste in metropolitan Lima were analyzed, as a consequence Rewaste was developed, a company specialized in the reuse of industrial waste. Rewaste develops its business through a marketplace, where it integrates generators/suppliers with consumers/demanders of industrial waste, mitigating the impact on the environment, complying with current national regulations and generating a large-scale circular economy. In addition, the project is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals No. 9 and No. 12, which refers to inclusive and sustainable industrialization, along with innovation and infrastructure, and responsible production and consumption, respectively. Finally, it should be noted that the projection of results in the five-year period from 2023 to 2027 shows indicators that allow the financial sustainability of this project; Which, with an initial investment of S/ 409 thousand and considering a capital cost of 18% allows us to generate a net present value (VAN) of 4.6 million soles, as well as an internal rate of return of 159%, in addition to the generation of 3.4 million soles of social net present value (VANS) with a relevance index (IRS) of 77% on the goals of the sustainable development objectives (ODS) numbers 9 and 12 that refer to innovation and responsible consumption, respectively.
