The objective of this research has been to analyze how organizational learning is presented in a private initial educational institution in the district of La Victoria in the post-pandemic context. To this end, we investigated the practices related to the three levels of organizational learning (individual, group and organizational) carried out by both teachers and managers, as well as the process of organizational learning carried out by the educational institution to achieve a learning at the institutional level, starting from the acquisition of knowledge, continuing with the distribution and interpretation of information and ending with the integration of said information into the structures of the organization. This study has been approached from a qualitative approach using qualitative methodology, given that we seek to approach the knowledge of reality through different perspectives, making it feasible to study the meaning and meaning of social facts by analyzing and interpreting data. Techniques such as the semi-structured interview were used to collect the information, for which an interview guide was developed, and documentary analysis, for which the documentary analysis guide was developed. Finally, the analysis and discussion of the results has allowed us to conclude the presence of organizational learning through individual-level practices such as continuous learning, pedagogically empowering the teacher and creating spaces for continuous learning; at the group level, such as learning as a team, working as a team and creating systems to capture and share learning, and at the organizational level, such as guiding learning and leading in a committed way; as well as through subprocesses of organizational learning such as the acquisition, distribution and integration of knowledge.
