In our country, projects under the contractual modality of public-private partnerships (PPP) are a private investment participation scheme in which the project risks are adequately distributed to the private sector to guarantee service levels. This type of mechanism encourages private investment in our country to generate competitive infrastructure, according to the guidelines stipulated by the Peruvian state. One of the main axes for the conception of this type of projects is to design a financial economic model (Project Finance) throughout the concession period (10 - 60 years according to the parameters established by Pro-inversion) with a reasonable economic profitability. Being long-term contracts (Turnkey Contract) the central decisions are made in the initial stages, being these guidelines quite rigid when controversies arise, affecting the allocation of risks, generating addenda and arbitration, so this research proposes to design a management model using standardized contracts, This research also relies on the Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology as a tool to complement the proposed model, in order to comply with the projections established in the National Infrastructure Plan for Competitiveness (2019-2030) and the BIM Peru Plan, which states that our country should implement these tools for the contractual and operational management of infrastructure.
