In Peru, 33% of the food produced is discarded, this food could feed two million people in addition to reducing the environmental impact. To understand the problem behind the generation of said waste at home, user behavior was analyzed through the planning processes of virtual and physical purchase, product consumption and waste management. The market and the competition that today provide direct or alternative solutions to users in the aforementioned processes were the starting point for the solution approach. In the search for a solution to the problem, interviews were conducted with household users where the prototypes developed with the Design Thinking methodology were tested until the minimum viable product was developed on a technological platform as a solution. This technological development will meet the needs in a fast and accessible way to accompany you in your day to day. To validate that the solution is desirable, feasible and viable, the operations, marketing and finance plans were developed. Users value the improvement in their supply management, the impact on the environment and the savings by reducing waste. The economic recovery is estimated for a period of three years and seven months, and the model is scalable.
