The present investigation has the principal objective to analyze the use of audiovisual resources in the teaching-learning process in a 5-year-old classroom in the context of remote mode education in a public school of Pueblo Libre. The specific objectives are to be able to describe how the teacher uses the audiovisual resources and what is his or her role in dealing with them. The interest to develop this investigation arises from the change of modality from face to face education to distance educative due to the health emergency. The methodological approach for this research is qualitative investigation, being descriptive; likewise, this is a case study. The non-face-to-face education modality has been a significant change to students and has served as an awakening of teachers because technology has taken a very important role at this time and not everyone is trained to use it, especially teachers. In addition, children are more connected to technology because they are using some digital resources that their classroom teachers send to them so they can not lose their most important right, which is the right to have education. It’s concluded that audiovisual technologies and resources are necessary for distance education and, in this way, provide an adequate education to students. Finally, some recommendations for future investigation are provided
