This research work proposes the start-up of an intrapreneurship with operations in Metropolitan Lima and Callao for the production and commercialization of recycled plastic containers for food, as an alternative solution for the high levels of contamination that exist in this city, where 886 tons of plastic garbage are generated per day, as well as solving a high non-conforming demand for ecological products, which has caused a notable increase in the import volumes of these products, only in 2019 its growth was 1654 %, and at the same time propose an inclusive business model to generate higher income for the basic basket of more than 17 thousand informal recyclers in Lima. For its development, studies have been carried out such as: Market Research Study, Economic Study and Environmental Impact Study. All the aforementioned studies have had the main objective of determining the feasibility, desirability and viability of the project, without neglecting its impact on two other important dimensions: environmental and social. The financing of the project will be carried out through capital contributions from the partners (49%) and a loan with a bank (51%). Based on the analysis of the market environment and the information gathered from the different studies carried out, operations, human resources and marketing strategies have been developed in order to make the proposal feasible and sustainable over time. Finally, the financial evaluation prepared in a time horizon of 5 years shows as results a VAN of S/. 20´240,602.25 with an TIR of 117.22%, the project is not only financially viable, it also generates a VANS of S/. 34´388,655.95 that contributes significantly on the welfare of society.
