Social innovation is an opportunity for the development of the country, and young people are the protagonists of this change. The present research is about the Kunan Program, an efford originated from the exchange between actors interested in promoting the development of the social innovation ecosystem. Kunan means “now“, and this name means that young people are today’s leaders to change the country, they are the source of impetus for the sustainable development of Peru. In its first two years of execution, it managed to bring together more than 300 social innovation initiatives of young people, and a community of entrepreneurs of more than 50 members. Thus, this research takes the 2014 and 2015 editions as a case study to understand the program's management model, the fulfillment of its objectives and the satisfaction achieved in its participants. The main objective is to analyze the contribution of the Kunan Program in the development of the social innovation undertakings of the young participants of these 2014 and 2015 editions. The information collected will allow us to propose a strengthened model of management of the Kunan Program for future editions and to enhance the positive effects on the participants and the ecosystem of social innovation in the country.
