This paper shows us a proposal aimed at improving the employability of people with functional diversity in Peru. The problem identified is characterized by the lack of job opportunities for this group of people; This is evidenced by the fact that 77% of its population does not have a job, in addition to the existence of significant gaps in the level of access to education and the labor market, compared to the population without functional diversity; for this reason, the objective of this work is to offer them an employability program, in addition to enhancing their profile, in such a way as to ensure the achievement of quality employment. The target market was defined as disabled people between the ages of 18 and 60 with completed higher technical and/or university studies, who have been using online platforms (web and social networks) for at least one year. The project consists of the creation of an employability program, which provides advice on soft skills, analysis and enhancement of the professional profile and training in job interviews, in order to ensure the hiring of the candidate. For a correct analysis of requirements, a market analysis and an interview with the users were carried out in order to map their needs. The economic viability of the project is based on the fact that the initial investment would be recovered in 2 years, according to projections, considering a constant annual growth, in addition the NPV of the project is S/3'587,715 over a period of 5 years, with a cost opportunity of 11.19%. Regarding the social aspect, the solution includes cost savings in transportation, energy consumption, and time that is reflected in a Social NPV of the project of S/2’227,380, for 5 years. Finally, its implementation and continuous improvement is recommended for dissemination and replication, with the aim of contributing to equal opportunities for people with functional diversity.
