According to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) (2020) and specialists from the tourism sector, they point out that people will prefer local tourism visits. In addition, they will avoid crowds, they will seek new safe experiences, in contact with nature, wellness, gastronomic and virtual. They will demand biosecurity protocols, solidarity with intermediaries and will be more aware of responsible consumption. When conducting local research in the main tourism and entertainment portals in the country, it was discovered that, for the most part, traditional destinations, routes and services are promoted. The study carried out helped to verify that there is an unsatisfied demand from a segment of users that suspends their purchase decision or decide for traditional tourism. This classic business model has already been showing deficiencies because users do not find satisfaction in this way of consuming. In addition, the fact that thousands of people who live in this sector but who are not within the classic tourism route are excluded. So this is neither socially responsible nor sustainable. The present work proposes a solution to this complex problem. Using the Piscina Lab methodology, which combines Design Thinking and Lean Start Up, as well as the use of tools such as the Empathy Map, User Experience Map and Business Model Canvas that led to the development of an MVP. Likewise, the bibliographic base and the quantitative research were key to give solidity to the proposal. It should be noted that the proposal is related to Sustainable Development Goal Nº 8 (SDG Nº 8) which seeks to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work. In addition, economic scenarios, an implementation plan and a strategic map were drawn up that seeks to simplify management, as well as prioritize objectives and initiatives. Finally, the team that participated is proud of the work and it is the product of the effort of each of its members, as well as the support of the users who participated in the cocreation.
