This research is a Business Consulting project for Redes y Servicios S.A.C., a company with more than 10 years in the Information and Communications Technology market, which experienced a drop in sales during the COVID-19 pandemic and is now seeking to improve its performance. To achieve this, various tools were applied to analyze the company’s general situation, such as PESTEL, SWOT, AMOFHIT, and the Boston Consulting Group Matrix. The diagnosis was carried out by analyzing its operational records and information gathered in interviews, Brainstorming, Design Thinking, surveys, Pareto Chart, and Complexity Matrix. The central problem of the company was identified as having a high concentration of sales in the public sector and low participation in the private sector. Through the analysis of root causes, it was determined that the main causes consist of the lack of a Strategic Plan, a Marketing Plan, and a process management system focused on continuous improvement. Consequently, an Implementation Plan was developed consisting of a proposal of strategies and activities to solve the central problem and achieve an increase in the company's sales volume through penetration of the private sector. A budget of USD 171,115 was proposed to implement a Strategic Plan, a Marketing Plan, and a continuous improvement system with ISO 27001, 22301 and 9001 certifications. The implementation will last for 9 months, and the main objective is to increase sales by 10% annually by acquiring more clients in the private sector. Two scenarios were evaluated through sensitivity analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposal. The optimistic scenario of 10% annual growth resulted in an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 54% and a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ S/ 2’177,384; while the pessimistic scenario of 5% had an IRR of 30% and a NPV of S/ S/ 796,911. The investment would be recovered (PAYBACK) in the third and fourth year, respectively.
