The objective of the EmpleaTe business plan is to deepen the study of unemployment in young professionals, between 22 and 32 years old and belonging to socioeconomic levels B-, C and D+, graduates in Public and Private Universities, who face a lack of job opportunities and are unemployed or underemployed and are interested in freelance work. Also, most of them do not have competencies and skills that distinguish them from other applicants. This problem has been aggravated by the pandemic caused by the Covid-19. To alleviate this need, the EmpleaTe Business Model is developed, with the aim of acquiring new skills and knowledge to obtain a job, improve their income and obtain a network of contacts of excellent academic and professional level. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out, using three interview stages and the 115 surveys that were applied to unemployed youth from the target audience. 95.7% of respondents mentioned that they would like to have a platform, such as e-commerce social network, aimed at finding job opportunities that allows them to contact their potential employers directly. Among the reasons they pointed out are: they have not seen a proposal like this in the market, they are actively looking for new job opportunities, it would be easier for them to work freelance and would not waste more time, in this way companies will have more trained employees, help create more labor supply, would be a great alternative income and services would be avoided. At the same time, due to the pandemic caused by the Covid-19, they prefer to work from home, and not expose themselves to the risk of infection by attending a face-to-face job 95.5% said yes; among their reasons indicated that they would save transportation time, feel more comfortable working in their home and taking care of their health, because the contagion of Covid-19 is always latent, are more productive, teleworking is a good option and has been shown to work and more when working for objectives. Also, they were asked if they would be interested in creating a professional profile to offer their employment services, on a platform of work type social network obtaining 90.9% of affirmative answers. They were also asked whether they would be interested in obtaining adequate training to successfully face their job interviews through the platform, in real time and through recorded courses, which will make them more competitive with the demands of the current market, 95.7% of affirmative answers; they said that they need this extra help to face job interviews, they would like to learn new ways to cope, the interview is essential to access a job, would improve their interpersonal skills and need to be trained to pass job interviews. They were also asked what percentage of the revenues they would earn through the Platform would be willing to pay as a commission to the company, obtaining on average that they would be willing to pay a 16% commission. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that there is an interest in young unemployed professionals in the service that will provide EmpleaTe, which is an e-commerce platform aimed at finding job opportunities, which will connect talented professionals and employers, with a payment gateway. Through this new platform professionals will be able to create their profiles, which will be visible to all employers, through the platform of EmpleaTe who will act as an intermediary between companies and professionals. Finally, training will be provided to young people to successfully face job interviews through the platform, which will strengthen their skills, so that they are more competitive with the demands of the current market.
