A poor diet causes cardiovascular diseases, overweight, obesity, diabetes, cancers and other health problems. That is why there is a global concern and trend to search for healthier food Gonzales 2020). In Metropolitan Lima, areas of business conglomerates or training centers increased their demand for fast food (Cámara Peruana de Comercio Electrónico, 2021); driven by the segment of mostly young professionals, who are characterized by their hectic and practical lifestyle that motivated them to adapt their eating habits, mainly by optimizing the time available, spending and eating well. However, maintain your predisposition to get healthier food and take care of your health; which is currently limited by access to offers available in your environment. This situation will be developed with market analysis and data collection that will allow identifying the main behavior patterns and user profiles. The proposed solution is to market fast, healthy and easily accessible food, through the “La Hamburguesa Saludable“ venture. The product is based on vegetarian burgers, it seeks to maintain the pleasant taste and presentation of the most consumed fast food product by Peruvians, after grilled chicken. The commercialization is adapted to the trends of the new normality, and for easy access and optimal implementation, dark kitchens and distribution will be used through local delivery and pick-up options. The main objective of the proposed solution is to improve the quality of life of people through the offer of a healthy, practical and simple option, which adapts to the needs of users, for this the business model is evaluated and validated. the hypotheses of desire of the product by the users; the feasibility, considering projections of sales, costs and expenses associated with the start-up of the project. Finally, the financial viability was confirmed by obtaining an TIR of 215% and a Modified TIR of 78%, under an expected scenario.
