An unmet need was identified in people who have medical emergencies at some point or people in their charge of the elderly with special care needs and cannot go to hospitals due to the risk and delays that this involves. At the same time, it is difficult to find technical health personnel or it is expensive. Likewise, when technical health personnel are found, there is no way to verify the experience and safety they provide in their work. To define the solution, we carry out the analysis of our target user through agile methodologies such as design thinking, defining as a solution to this need, the design and creation of a digital application called “Yo Te Cuido“, later we proceeded to elaborate the business model and value proposition, which consists of providing medical emergency care services and / or care for the elderly by technical health personnel who can attend at home, through an easy-to-use application that offers a wide range of database of health specialists with a variety of services and rates, which makes our application desirable. Regarding the desirability of the business model, it was possible to corroborate this through a survey in which a video of our services was presented, obtaining that 97% of the respondents would hire the service of health technicians through our application I take care of you. As a result of measuring the viability, it was obtained that the probability that the NPV of the business is less than S / .3.5MM was only 10.2%. Finally, the solution is socially sustainable, since it is aligned with SDG 8, through the employment that we will offer to health technicians; It will also generate social benefits translated into a social NPV of 4.2 million soles. It is also financially viable, since a NPV of 3.6 million soles was obtained in a term of 5 years with an initial investment of S /124,600 soles.
