The recent COVID-19 pandemic has inflicted significant hardships worldwide, causing severe consequences across various aspects of human life. Within this context of health emergency, the education sector underwent a transformation in the way teachers and students engage in learning, and university libraries were compelled to reengineer their processes due to the impossibility of in-person activities. The purpose of this professional proficiency project is to comprehend how traditional work in the physical service setting evolved to adapt to different tasks and activities presented in the virtual realm, contributing to the systematization of professional experience at the Faculty of Electronic and Computer Engineering (FIEI) Library at the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (UNFV). The research project aimed to identify which digital services were promoted at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering Library of UNFV as a result of COVID-19. This study addresses both the service and user satisfaction regarding the services of the FIEI Library. The research employed a qualitative methodological approach by the use a survey of remote library services satisfaction conducted across the 19 libraries within the University's Library System.
