The control of a business, the value of information and concern for the sustainability of the home, converge in an idea that proposes helping the Peruvian winemaker, as the main objective in our social context. Wineries are one of the most important sources, via the traditional channel, for the supply of essential products that, despite a period that continues to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, supports the supply of various products according to the consumer requirements and their new ways of acquiring it. Currently, the wine segment has been affected by the pandemic, which has forced them to accelerate the digitization process in view of the new security measures. However, its low budget and lack of knowledge make this a much more difficult challenge than expected, which led this research to identify that the main problem for winemakers is the lack of business management. The proposed solution is innovative, not only for the management of inventory and sales, which for this purpose, there are already other tools focused on the same function and that allow the wineries to keep track, but mainly, by taking advantage of the information to improve the experience of winemakers, users and suppliers. Supported in the platform that records inventories, costs, products sold and their prices, in a simple way, the winemaker will be able to have clarity of their income, expenses and potential business efficiencies. For suppliers, with this information, a clear panorama of the market will be available, referencing prices and inventories in the territories available for consultation. Finally, the user will be able to compare prices and inventory availability between the nearby warehouses that they consult by geolocation to make their purchases, having as a consequence the possibility of increasing the purchase ticket. The project will be planned for 5 years with an initial investment of S /. 349,190, an IRR of 47%, a NPV of S / 673,464, generating an ROI of 321%. Finally, the payback time for the investment will be 31 months to start generating profits. That is why, through the management for the control of the business, the information and the sustainability of the home, through a social impact of increasing 6% access to information and communication technology in the determined flow and generating employment, which will be an average increase of 56% during the 5 years, which is equivalent to the generation of 250 jobs in the indicated period, reducing the current unemployment rate that has been increasing since the pandemic and political uncertainty, thus benefiting on all fronts to each agent involved in the use of the information on the platform.
