This Professional Sufficiency Work presents a highly relevant professional experience focused on the transformation of the publication and training process for departmental reviewers in the operational platform of an international development organization. The selection of this experience is due to its significant impact on the professional development of the author, who has held the role of librarian in this institution. The work is divided into four sections that follow the evolution of the publication process. First, it contextualizes and presents the background of the experience, covering the period of implementation of the substantial changes that began in June 2018 and ended in June 2022. The second part focuses on identifying the challenges that arose during this period and the tools used to address them. The third part details the strategic actions taken, as well as the resulting products of these actions. The results obtained are presented and their impact on the efficiency and quality of the publication process is analyzed. Finally, conclusions are offered that summarize the key findings, along with recommendations for future similar analyses. This work represents an ongoing effort to improve and optimize knowledge management in the context of an international development organization, addressing significant challenges in the publication and training processes of key actors such as departmental reviewers.
