The natural orange juice marketed in the informal stalls in the districts of the city of Lima, is one of the most consumed products in Peruvian society because it helps reduce stress, its pleasant taste, and its energizing properties. and its content of vitamin C. Its commercialization generates a large amount of orange peels that are not recycled correctly ending up in public roads and landfills, increasing the generation of greenhouse gases, global warming, environmental pollution and affecting the people's health. Esencialmente Nosotros, is a socially responsible organization, which was born with the purpose of being a strategic partner for orange juice sellers, with an innovative business idea based on the concept of circular energy, which will allow the reuse of the orange peel to produce essential oil and eco friendly soaps, at the start of the venture. The vision is to increase the portfolio of products, which will be marketed by the juice vendors themselves, who will not only be suppliers, but also distributors. The growth of the business will drive the positive impact on SDG 8, SDG 12 and SDG 13, which will make it possible to meet the goals of environmental and social purpose. For the development of the project, agile methodologies were used to recognize the latent needs of sellers and buyers of orange juice, and conceive this innovative business idea. The initial investment will be financed with own resources and amounts to S/109,106 (Peruvian Soles). Considering an Opportunity Cost of 6.83%, the result is a Net Present Value (NVP) of S/875,779,52 (Peruvian Soles), with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 156%, with a recovery period equivalent to 13 months.
