During the pandemic, pets became more important within families, taking the role of one more member of these, increasing the products and services offered to pet owners (La Cámara, 2021). Funeral services were no exception, with the principal options including cremation considering the delivery of an urn with the ashes, being this an option that pollutes the environment and burial. In addition, the country's development is increasing environmental pollution and favoring climate change, prompting the Peruvian government to implement a series of regulations to make the population aware of the importance of living respecting the environment. Now, Eternal Pet is a venture that will seek to respond to the need to find funeral services for pets with an eco-friendly orientation. Likewise, it will provide an innovative funeral service using composting to give the owners a pot with a plant fertilized with the compost generated by the remains of the deceased animal, this way life will continue to be created giving the opportunity of reducing the feeling of loss. Finally, it is worth noting that the project shows exponentiality, since it will begin operating in Lima, later reaching the main cities of the country. Likewise, with an initial investment of S/ 49,275.00, by the fifth year there will be a NPV of S/ 1,178,668.95, and a social NPV of S/ 1,666,808.52, demonstrating that it represents both a profitable and sustainable venture.
