To this end, the CD-RISC Resilience Scale, the Stress Inventory for Health Professionals (IEPS, the UWES-9 Scale and a data sheet were used. Also, the level of resilience, work stress and work commitment of the participants was determined and the differences in the scores of resilience, work stress and work commitment of the cancer nurses were explored according to their sociodemographic variables (age, marital status, years working in the institution, etc.). The results showed a positive correlation between work commitment and resilience, as well as a negative correlation between work commitment and work stress.
