In Perú, currently changes are being made with the aim of reducing the wide educational gap, especially in the academic field. However, no relevant initiatives have been implemented that have as their main objective the development of non-cognitive skills. Under this context, the relevant social problem (PSR) is that children from public institutions in the region of Arequipa who do not develop soft skills from an early age face greater challenges and difficulties in their personal and professional adult life. In the face of this problem, the solution proposed is the creation of group workshops for the development of the soft skill of conflict resolution in children between 9 and 12 years old from public schools in the region of Arequipa. The proposal has been validated through various experiments that demonstrate a positive outcome for the four hypotheses. In the first hypothesis, it is shown that children who have participated in the workshop improve their conflict resolution skills on average by 34%. In the second hypothesis, it is evidenced that 40% of visited companies show an intention to finance the workshops. In the third hypothesis, it was demonstrated that overall satisfaction of parents is over 80%. Finally, in the fourth hypothesis, it is observed that attendance of children in the sessions is over 80%. In addition, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of our marketing plan, obtaining an average VTVC to CAC ratio of 91, which translates to the marketing plan producing more revenue than losses during the first five years of the business. In conclusion, “Cura Futuri“ is a sustainable and scalable business model that focuses on achieving SDG 4. It is a disruptive innovative project, as it uses zero-cost financing. Is Additionally, it has a social relevance index of 40%, generates a NPV of US$ 952,488 and an IRR of 5,339%, all with an initial investment of US$11,744.
