This research seeks to know what have been the success factors of the “Haku Wiñay program“ and what is the impact that is generating in the district of Madeán. From the Social Management, studying and researching the Haku Wiñay Social Program of economic inclusion is very relevant and contributing, mainly because, the program aims to solve a social problem of a certain segment of the “population in a situation of socio-economic vulnerability”, and within the “National Policy of Development and Social Inclusion“ and the Budget Program “Access of Rural Households in Subsistence Economies to Local Markets“ from a Local-Territorial Development approach. The following research techniques were used in the field: document review, semi-structured interviews, and surveys. The research has covered aspects related to the expectations and evaluation of the users, regarding the satisfaction they feel with the intervention of the program in their district; whether the results have been relevant to your expectations and needs; their expectations for future support and support from local authorities to maintain productive projects after FONCODES intervention; and the assessment of improvements to their families and households. The main findings show that the intervention of the program in Madeán contemplated the development of 10 new techniques that have allowed the improvement of crops and strengthen family production processes, of 210 families who participated in the projects. The consolidation and improvement of family production systems is achieved through technical support, training and the supply of materials and equipment for the insertion of productive technological innovations.
