This thesis work proposes a business plan for the company Ingeniería Hidráulica Edwards SAC, a leading company in Trujillo in the field of maintenance and commercialization of hydraulic lines with more than twenty years of experience in the market. Its operations cover the northern zone of Peru from Trujillo to Tumbes, currently the company seeks to expand and achieve the internationalization of its operations, implementing a branch in the city of Guayaquil, where it has been identified that there is an unsatisfied demand in the type of service, since they do not have specialized supplier companies in the field. The proposed business strategy to enter the Ecuadorian market is to offer a personalized service (field service), which consists of delivering services appropriate to the magnitude of the needs of companies operating in the industrial sector. The external analysis of the company Ingeniería Hidráulica Edwards is described, which will be taken as a reference for the creation of the new headquarters in Ecuador. It presents the application of the methodologies used for the elaboration of the business plan proposal, as well as the mission, vision and objectives of the business with a view to participating in the Ecuadorian market. The business plan, the operations plan and the financial plan are developed. It is concluded that for the implementation of the proposed business plan an investment of S/. 163,296.00 generating a NPV of S/. 565,718.00 with a recovery of 1.07 years. Regarding the social aspect, the business plan has a direct impact on the sustainable development goals: SDG 8,9,13.
