The Sufficiency Work that is put to consideration is the product of a process of reflection and critical narration on the significant teaching experience: “The transformation of the evaluation of reading competence, of the evaluations for admission to a private university in Lima. This experience is chosen, among others, for the impact it had on the professional consolidation in the field of educational evaluation of the thesis. The narrative has been organized in four stages following the process of transformation of the evaluation of the Reading competence, in which it moved from a normative evaluation model to a criterial model, of a qualitative nature. The first part of the report contextualizes and describes the significant teaching experience that takes place throughout the period of implementation of the new system of evaluations for admission from 2008 to 2010. The second part includes the theoretical foundation and the reflective narration of the significant teaching experience, emphasizing the importance of criteria evaluation to evaluate competences. In the last section, the curriculum of the Special Bachelor's Program is analyzed, showing its strengths and finding opportunities for improvement by proposing lines of strengthening and updating based on the experience narrated
