Staff turnover, low productivity, and a bad work environment are some of the many problems that companies have (Conexión ESAN, 2021), and consequently many people suffer from diseases such as stress, as stated by the Ministerio de Salud (2021) and this leads to economic losses in the organization. This business model provides a tool that allows you to improve, create, and encourage an adequate organizational culture in addition to transmitting organizational guidelines to the work team, all based on motivation, sharing messages, recognition, and mitigating the aforementioned problems. , and that managers focus on other tasks. This application covers the intrinsic and extrinsic motivators of the collaborators, in addition to providing performance reports to the right people of the client company, and as a differentiator with other platforms, it performs a recognition analysis and alerts the collaborators to recognize others in based on historical and patterns that can predict the frequency; aimed at the more than 59 000 Peruvian companies that have or do not have a business motivation strategy. As a result of the analysis of desirability, feasibility and viability of the model, from a financial, social approach and the relevance of the business model, a financial NPV of 4,688,215 soles was obtained with an IRR of 208% and a social NPV of 4,209,905 soles, which is positive. , with a period of recovery of the investment in the first year.
