Conocimiento sobre el desarrollo y las dificultades del lenguaje en profesoras de educación inicial de colegios particulares y estatales del distrito de Jesús María

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir y comparar el nivel de conocimiento del desarrollo y dificultades del lenguaje en una población de docentes de educación inicial de colegios particulares y estatales en el distrito de Jesús María. El estudio es de diseño transeccional-descriptivo comparativo, en tanto que la muestra estuvo conformada por 60 docentes con carreras profesionales de educación. El instrumento fue validado por un grupo de jueces expertos y pasó por un proceso de prueba piloto para establecer su confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos con la U de Mann-Whitney indican que la diferencia entre los rangos promedio en la variable de estudio entre las docentes de educación inicial de colegios particulares y las de colegios estatales, es significativa al nivel de p<0,01, observándose un mayor rango promedio en las docentes de colegios particulares. En conclusión, se puede afirmar que se encontraron diferencias significativas entre las docentes de colegios particulares y las de colegios estatales en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre el desarrollo y dificultades del lenguaje por componentes.

The purpose of this research work is to describe and compare the level of development knowledge and language difficulties in a population of early childhood teachers in private and state schools in the district of Jesús María. The study is of comparative transectional-descriptive design, while the sample was made up of 60 teachers with professional education careers. The instrument was validated by a group of expert judges and went through a pilot test process to establish its reliability. The results obtained with the Mann-Whitney U indicate that the difference between the average ranges in the study variable between the initial education teachers of private schools and those of state schools, is significant at the level of p <0.01, observing a higher average rank in teachers of private schools. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that significant differences were found between teachers of private schools and those of state schools regarding the level of knowledge about the development and difficulties of language by components.
