Currently, the pace of life for most people revolves around a set of activities (work, family, obligations) that impact their health. In this context, pets (dogs, cats, etc.) serve as emotional support for their owners, reducing their stress levels when they spend time with their pets. In this sense, the health and well-being of pets become an important element on the family agenda, and any illness or discomfort of their pets is a cause of concern as if they were their children. The supply of services for pets has shown solid growth in recent years, with a universe of options for pet food and various services. Given this diversity of options and considering that pet owners do not have much free time, we decided to develop a practical and disruptive solution that facilitates pet care for owners through a mobile application that integrates various services, such as online veterinary consultations and nutritional advice, all through various annual plans under a subscription scheme, so that users do not have to be distressed or dedicate time to activities such as medical consultations and only enjoy quality time with their pets. The project was validated through 415 surveys covering the needs of the target users, where the results showed their interest in hiring the service, we propose with our value proposition. Finally, the economic viability of the project was demonstrated through the discounted cash flow method, obtaining a Net Present Value of S/3,981,569 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 345%. Additionally, the social NPV of the project was obtained through the estimation of social benefits and costs, resulting in S/3,233,357.
