The purpose of this business model is to solve three problems presented by users who seek to eat healthy: Low supply of fresh and healthy vegetables (OMS, 2018), lack of safety guarantee and low offer of vegetables (Comercio, 2022) and reduced availability of time for users to access existing sales points. The solution proposes to acquire a Kit that allows the user to self-produce safe and healthy vegetables. The Kit is made up of modular production units that is adapted to the user's space, supplies (seeds, fertilizers and products for production pests and diseases) and remote support for production. In this way, the user will have all the tools to produce and harvest their own vegetables, optionally, they will also be able to schedule advisory meetings with the technical production team, if required. The main added value is the possibility for the user to have constant self-supply of safe vegetables. The proposal will generate a positive impact on users, since it will provide confidence and security of the safety of the vegetables they consume, it will improve the nutritional balance of their daily diet and it will have at-home or garden-therapy production to mitigate the daily stress. Finally, this business model has financial viability since it obtains a NPV of S/ 2,482,717.7 and an IRR of 75.73% in an operating period of 5 years.
