The general academic objective of this research was to determine how the protection measures provided for in Law No. 30364 affect the reduction of femicide cases in the 1st Family Court of the Judicial District of East Lima, year 2019. The methodology used in the research was of a quantitative approach, since greater adaptability was observed with the thesis, in addition a basic and correlational level research was available, being these tools which will allow the relationship between the variables to be evidenced, in addition there was a population and sample of 35 lawyers with cases of family violence within the 1st Family Court of the Judicial District of East Lima. Using the SPPS statistical software tool, a 40-question survey was applied, showing that 40% agreed that a victim of violence should immediately request a restraining order against the aggressor and 42% agreed that the level of effectiveness of the protection measure determines how well the victim's integrity is protected. The main conclusion is that through the use of the SPSS statistical tool it was possible to demonstrate through Spearman's correlation that the variable protection measures provided for in Law No. 30364 and the reduction of feminicide cases are related, since with the data of 0.830, which is close to the number 1, it is interpreted as a high correlation. Being able to accept the hypothesis put forward in the research, The protection measures provided for in Law No. 30364 have a positive and significant impact on the reduction of femicide cases in the 1st Family Court of the Judicial District of East Lima, year 2019.
